Chance Bernall is a Montana native who moved to Dillon in 1999. He attended college at the University of Montana Western on a rodeo scholarship and is a two-time Big Sky Region Calf Roping Champion; 2 time Northern Rodeo Association Champion; 5 time Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit qualifier and PRCA card holder. He also ran a successful horseshoeing business during college. Chance and his wife Cori are the proud parents of three daughters, Reagan, Collins and Nora. Chance became a licensed real estate broker at age 25 and consistently closes the most transactions within the company. He is an active investor with direct experience in income property, new construction, and bare land development. While affiliated with Prudential Montana Real Estate, Chance was the recipient of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Prudential President's Circle Award and the 2012 Prudential Chairman's Circle, which is the top 1% Nationwide. Chance's hobbies include hunting, fishing and anything involving horses.

Mary Ann Nicholas ~ Broker
Mary Ann Nicholas joined Beaverhead Home & Ranch Real Estate after a 25 year career in banking, focusing on commercial, agricultural and real estate lending in Southwest Montana. Ed Hoerning is a lifetime resident of Dillon, Montana where he worked in the automobile business for 30+ years. Carol Stancliff is a native of Georgia and has been in Montana since 2008. After selling her home in Georgia, she and her husband Rick traveled the country for several years before they chose to call Dillon and Beaverhead County home.
