Chance Bernall ~ Broker/Owner
Chance Bernall is a Montana native who moved to Dillon in 1999. He attended college at the University of Montana Western on a rodeo scholarship and is a two-time Big Sky Region Calf Roping Champion; 2 time Northern Rodeo Association Champion; 5 time Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit qualifier and PRCA card holder. He also ran a successful horseshoeing business during college. Chance and his wife Cori are the proud parents of three daughters, Reagan, Collins and Nora. Chance became a licensed real estate broker at age 25 and consistently closes the most transactions within the company. He is an active investor with direct experience in income property, new construction, and bare land development. While affiliated with Prudential Montana Real Estate, Chance was the recipient of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Prudential President's Circle Award and the 2012 Prudential Chairman's Circle, which is the top 1% Nationwide. Keith Handlos ~ Sales Associate
Keith Handlos grew up in Ennis, Montana, and is a true Montanan through and through. After playing and coaching football for The University of Montana Western for 12 years, and teaching at Beaverhead County High School for one year, Keith got his real estate license in 2005 and assisted Tom Bramlette for seven years. Keith specializes in farm and ranch sales as well as recreational properties. Keith holds a Secondary Education degree (Physical Education & Biology) from The University of Montana Western and has also been an adjunct professor for the university. Keith is a fly fishing expert and enjoys fishing, bird and big game hunting. In addition, Keith is an unbelievably talented gourmet cook. Mary Ann Nicholas ~ Broker
Mary Ann Nicholas joined Beaverhead Home & Ranch Real Estate after a 25 year career in banking, focusing on commercial, agricultural and real estate lending in Southwest Montana. Carol Stancliff is a native of Georgia and has been in Montana since 2008. Megan Woolley ~ Sales Associate
Megan Woolley was born and raised in Eastern Montana. After her husband became the head women's basketball coach at the University of Montana Western, they moved to Dillon. Megan graduated from the University of Mary with a Degree in Biology and Chemistry. She became part of our team in 2013 after four years in the insurance industry where her experience in office managing, public relations, and hard work drove her to be successful in the field. Craving more community involvement, and being able to apply her new-found skills to the people around her, she decided to pursue a career in real estate, where she has a keen eye for the potential in a property. When not at the office, Megan can be found coaching the cheerleading squad at the University, or enjoying the outdoors. She looks forward to many years to come in Dillon, and raising a family in one of the best places in the country!
